In most cases, there is no cure for dry skin.
Although there may be no cure for dry skin, there are ways we can lessen the dryness or not make it worse. Many people use some of the more popular lotions such as Eucerin, Vaseline, Aveeno, Neutrogena, Olay, Ponds, etc. but continue to do the things that are drying out their skin. Some of the best skin care for dry skin is avoiding the things that make them dry such as too much sun, being in the cold, using hot water in long showers, using scented soaps and lotions.
